Project outsourcing
It's a manager’s myth: outsourcing will save all of our time-skill-resource problems. Well, it's not pure gold. If you haven't done it yet it is also quite risky.

Outsourcing parts of you development involves several aspects that you need to consider:
- finding a partner you can trust to deliver isn't all that simple,
- preparing a proper (technical) documentation for outsourced activity is hardly any simpler than preparing a full project,
- there's a contract to prepare and negotiate,
- it's inevitable to monitor partners execution and manage any deviations from contract,
- results shall be accepted with proper acceptance testing or review,
- there is also a tiny matter of know-how: your partner is going to learn a lot from you, so you better make sure you are not outsourcing your essential know-how.
We estimate that an outsourced project will consume at least 30% of the effort you would use for doing the whole thing all by yourself.
We believe we can take that effort down to 10% for you. Contact us and put the burden to our shoulder.
